Wholesome, love, and delicious. These are just a few words that can best describe Savala’s Tex-Mex BBQ. Daniel's pursuit of passion stems from the 2020 pandemic when he lost his job like so many Americans.

This is the beginning of his venture. The start of January 2022 he decided to commit to building his Tex-Mex BBQ business from the ground up. So what makes this BBQ so different. Daniel infuses traditional Tex Mex favorite dishes with signature Bar B-Que recipes. The result is nothing less than delicious and his customers keep asking for second servings.
